Shamanic Medicine
Living in harmony. Healing through nature.
Modern‑day medical practices focus on the physical. Psychotherapy focuses on the emotional and mental. None of these address perhaps the most important part—the spiritual. It is a scientific fact that the body is made of energy. When the energy field is healthy, the body and mind usually follow suit. Shamanic medicine, whose healing practices predate organized religion and may reach back to the Paleolithic era, balances the energies of body, mind, and spirit to promote healing from within.
Several different techniques of Shamanic healing and practice are offered to aid with depression, anxiety, pain, stress, past trauma, divination, and more. Shamanic healing is one of the most time‑honored traditions of natural healing.
Classes and workshops are also available for those interested in becoming Shamanic Practitioners. Additional teachers can be found at shamanicteachers.com.

Healing with Light
Wellness through spirit and energy
Healing with Spiritual Light
For centuries Shamans practiced deep healing through spirit. This work allows profound healing from trauma, medical issues, and several other aliments. The gift of healing is magnified when we transfigure and become the light we all hold inside.
HwSL can be performed as it's own session or as part of any other healing session.
"Happiness resides not in possessions and not in gold; the feeling of happiness dwells in the soul." - Democritus
Reiki
Reiki is a highly respected healing technique where life energy is focused through the hands and channeled into the body by means of touch. This helps to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki is great for dissolving energy blocks, decreasing stress and promoting relaxation, and to bring healing, balance and inner peace.
Sessions last about an hour. Please contact us for more information on scheduling your session.
Walking with Intention
Following the path to self and spirit
For thousands of years our ancestors have walked across hot coals or other sharp surfaces as a way to clear their mind and move towards something they desire.
Fire walking has a very rich and beautiful history dating back thousands of years. Religions and cultures spread all over the world practice different forms of fire walking. The Vikings walked on hot chains. In Peru they walk across to red-hot stones that are heated in a large fire. In Hawaii the kahunas will walk across recently cooled lava beds. They are walking is a fantastic way to demonstrate how you can conquer your fear and move forward without being limited by your thoughts to reach your potential.
Glass walking can have the same benefits as fire walking but is a slightly different practice. By moving slowly across a bed of broken glass, you can learn ways to clear your mind and achieve levels of focus you never thought possible.
Healing Breathwork
Increase the capacity to heal through breath
Every time you inhale, divine spirit goes inside you, and you merge with divine spirit, becoming one ... Every time you exhale, your love is so intense and profound that you go inside divine spirit and merge into one. - don Miguel Ruiz
Breath is essential to life. It creates flow and is the basis of several practices from yoga to meditation to even childbirth. Breath work releases stuck energy and promotes inner healing.
A simple breathing technique is used to allow your mind to sink and your sub-conscious to open, releasing memories, thoughts, or dreams. By bringing these experiences to your attention, the mind and body can use the information to begin a self-healing process.
A typical breathwork session last an hour, minimum. For safety reasons, the practice is done lying on the floor. Blankets, pillows, and cushioning are provided to make you as comfortable as possible. You are welcome to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable.
Breathwork is usually done in private, one-to-one sessions, but it can also be done as a workshop for small groups. Participants are grouped into pairs and work together during the exercise.
Medicine for the Earth
All life is made of light. We are all light. Everything is light. In remembering this we can transmute everything in our outer environment and what we take in to pure healing light. - Sandra Ingerman
As the days go by, it becomes more and more clear that the planet needs healing. Using tools and techniques given to me by my teacher, Sandra Ingerman, you will learn practices that will help to heal yourself, help others, and to aid the planet.
These workshops will teach the practice of transmutation in order to heal not only yourself, but also the planet. The formula that we teach in MFtE is:
intention + union + love + focus + concentration + harmony +imagination = transmutation
